Cajun Chicken Pasta

8 oz All Natural Boneless Chicken Breast 3 oz Whole Wheat Blend Penne Rigate 6 medium Mushrooms 1 cup Onion Raw/sliced 3/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1 tbsp All-purpose White Flour 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Spices, Cajun Seasoning 1/4 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp Puree Garlic 1 cup Chopped Celery 4 tbsp Half And Half
Cook pasta, drain and rinse, and set aside.
Cut chicken into strips and place in large skillet. Sprinkle with cajun and cayenne seasonings.
Cook until no longer pink.
Add celery, mushrooms, onion, and garlic to chicken and saute 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together flour and half and half.
Pour into chicken mixture and stir thoroughly.
Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occassionally, until thickened.
Stir in pasta and mix thoroughly and serve.
