1 Fresh Banana older blend better1Cup Kiwi fruit peeled1 Tbsp. Protein Powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1Tbsp. Honey1/2 cup 1%milk1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk1/2 cup cold water
pour in blender 1/2 1%milk, cut up banana, add sliced Kiwi's, puree then add protein powder, honey, cinnamon then add the 1/2 cup soymilk then the 1/2 cup cold water, blend well or until smooth.
Can be frozen overnight to take on an early morning hike, walk, picnic. Yummy & gives you energy & vitamins, enjoy
