Ingredients
oatmeal, wheat bran, wheat germ, flax, Splenda, egg substitiue, nuts, cinnamon, yogurt, applesauce, berries (optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, excluding nuts, together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Stir wet into dry. Add nuts and optional berries. Spray a 9x9 pan with Pam. Spred mixture into pan and bake in center of oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool, cut into 8 peices.
