* Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove) * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 cup (remove) * Margarine, hard, 2 stick (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)
Melt margarine in baking dishes then arrange 1/2 chicken in one and the other in the last . Warm milk on stove top just enough to melt PNB, mix together and pour half over chicken in each dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown, approx 30 minutes turning occasionally.
