Zucchini Casserole

4 c. sliced zucchini1 bunch of green onions chopped2/3 cup milk3/4 cup mayo (I modified 1/3 c. light may, 1/3 reg mayo)3 eggs, beaten1/8 tsp garlic salt1/8 tsp oregano3/4 cup monterey jack cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 cup bread crumbs (I use panko, it's crispier)
1.) Lightly grease a shallow casserole dish or 13x9 pan.
2.) Line bottom with zucchini and onions. Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Keep layering until zucchni and onion are all gone.
3.) In a bowl mix together milk, mayo, and eggs.
4.) Pour over zucchini mix, sprinkle with cheese, then breadcrumbs/panko.
5.) Bake @ 325 for 1 hour.
