1 Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla1Tbls Tahini Hummus1/4 sliced Cucumbers1/4 sliced/shredded Carrots1 medium sliced Red Onion1 medium sliced Mushroom1/4 fresh Spinach (about 4-6 leaves depending on size).5 oz fat free or reduced fat feta cheese1 Tbls fat free or low calorie Italian or Greek dressing (your preference)
This makes 1 serving. Very easy to prep and make. Slice/chop vegetables to your liking, spread hummus on whole wheat tortilla, sprinkle feta cheese over hummus, place spinach leavers over feta cheese, follow with remaining vegetables, and top off with dressing. Roll filled tortilla up and enjoy! Sometimes I throw the wrap into the microwave for a few seconds to let the cheese "ooze" into the rest of the ingredients....so good!,
