Pork Roast with carrots

Ingredients
Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices (remove)Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Bouillon Cube Low Sodium Vegetable Harvest Sun (1'2 cube), 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in a pressure cooker
Add and sautee meat for 5 minutes or until all sides are brown
add onion and sautee for 2 minutes until caramelized
add carrots and sautee for 2/3 minutes until caramelized
add spices and water, close pressure cooker and set to 19 minutes.
