Menemen with tomatoes and green peppers and eggs

Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced anaheim peppers(can be sweet or spicy to your taste)3 cups chopped red tomatoes4 eggs2tbsp olive oil
Directions
heat the oil and sautee the peppers for 5-7 min until they cooked.
Add tomatoes and simmer until it really mixes with peppers and turns to a thick sauce.
Crack the eggs on the pepers, mix it well and cook until the eggs are cooked.
