Baked Curry Salmon

Ingredients
1 cup reduced fat sour cream3 tsp red curry paste4 (3oz) salmon fillets
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix sour cream and curry paste.
Spread the bottom of each salmon fillet with 1 tbsp sour cream mixture and arrage on prepared baking sheet. Top fillets with remaining mixture.

Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
