Fantastic Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken

1 package boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1.5 lbs, 6 breasts)2 Tbsp. margarine1 can fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth1/2 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix8oz package fat free cream cheese1 cup (approx) sliced fresh mushrooms12 oz. package frozen peas
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. Put margarine, chicken broth and dressing packet on top. Cook on low 5 hours.
Shred chicken (I just used 2 forks and did it right in the crock pot), add soup and cream cheese (you can soften the cheese first so it melts quicker, but it's not necessary), stir until it's well mixed.
Add peas and mushrooms, cook on low for an additional hour. Serve over pasta or rice with a side salad!
Makes 6-3/4 cup servings.
