Crock pot Chicken and rice

Ingredients
chicken breast, bone and skin removed and slightly cooked.Cream of chicken soup (2 cans)White Rice, 2 cupsChicken boulion or broth, 2 cupsFrozen Broccoli, chopped up, 10 oz bag
Directions
Brown chicken in frying pan until both sides are cooked partially.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together in crock pot, leaving broccoli out until the last hour of cooking.
Cook for 4 hrs in crock pot on low.
