Tofu and Cashew stir fry

Ingredients
Kikkoman teriyaki garlic and green onion sauce, 16 serving (half bottle)Tofu, firm, 1 blockMushrooms, fresh, 2 ouncesonions, green (about four onions in a quarter cup), 0.25 cup Cilantro, raw, .33 tbsp *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp Pompeian OlivExtra Plus Omega-3 DHA (Canola oil and extra virgin olive oil), 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .5 cup, halves and whole
Directions
Cut tofu into small blocks and press it dry. Bake at a low temperature until browned.

Heat pan on medium with 1/2 of oil. Lightly brown cashews. Add remaining ingredients. Stir fry until desired textures are achieved. Add tofu. Stir. Serve.

Serves 3 hungry vegans.
