Shrimp blt salad with grapefruit segments

1 salad bag1 package cherry tomatoes1 avocado de-pited and cubed1 package crumbled feta cheese1 pack of frozen baby shrimp1 slice of bacon1 grapefruit segmentedFor dressing:1/4 cup grapefruit juice1/4 cup lime juice1 cup evoo1 minced shallota little salt and pepper to taste(only put 1 tbsp of dressing on salad)
heat skillet on high
pour in half a bag of frozen shrimp and save the rest in the freezer. cut slice of bacon into small slivers and cook with shrimp until bacon is crispy.
mix together salad dressing in a container.
cut up avocado into cubes and cut cherry tomatoes in halves and segment grapefruit. mix with salad in a big bowl and top with feta and cooked shrimp and bacon. serve in bowls and only top salad with 1 tbsp of dressing each person.
