Shrimp and Bok Choy

Ingredients
1 head of baby bok choy2 cups of raw, peeled shrimp1/2 tsp minced ginger2 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp corn starch1 cup water(salt and pepper as you like)
Directions
Makes 4 servings:

Cut Bok Choy into bite sized pieces (discarding the root if any).
In a large frying pan, heat sesame oil and brown the ginger. Add the bok choy, water and shrimp. Ina small bowl, combine cornstarch with a splash of water to form a paste. Stir paste into bok choy and shrimp. (Add salt and pepper to taste.)
Serve when shrimp are pink.
