Ingredients
2 large eggs1/2 cup of 2 percent milk1/2 cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup of frozen spinach-drained
Directions
Put all ingriedents in a zip lock plastic bag. Place bag in to boiling water until eggs set. Cut open bag and serve. Makes 1-2 serving.
