Ingredients
Drain 2 cans of large black olives and dice them. Place in a bowl. Add the beans(drained), Rotel and green chili peppers(dice and drained). Season with salt and garlic to taste. For a heartier appetizer add corn and use refried black beans keeping the liquid of the peppers.
Directions
makes 12 quarter cup servings. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least and hour.
