Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 cup tofu mashed1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1 cup brown sugar (or fructose)1 cup canned pumpkin (pie or plain)1/2 cup softened butter or vegetable oil (for vegan recipe)3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients until smooth. Stir in pecans. Bake at 325 for 18-22 minutes.
