Ingredients
can cream of soup (mushroom, celery or broccoli)2 cans light chunk tuna drained.5 to 1 cup milk 3 to 3.5 tablespoons fat free sour cream1 can carrots drained or 1 cup cooked carrots sliced1 teaspoon old bay seasoning or seafood seasoning.5 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon cilantro1 tablespoon cruched garlic ( or to taste) cooked Noodles or rice of choice
Directions
Simmer tuna,soup,milk, sour cream and seasonings until thick (3-5 min) adding carrots and simmer one more moment before removing from heat. Spoon over cooked noodles or rice. Makes about 3.5 servings
