Ingredients
4 large fresh mushroom caps1/4 cup olive oil12 ounces of beef fillets about 2 inch thicksalt and pepper4 thin slices of prosciutto ham
Directions

Cut your beef up into 3 ounce peices
In skillet cook mushroom caps in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Remove mushroom caps from skillet and add fillets. Cook about 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Remove fillets to 10x6x1 3/4 baking dish.

Top each fillet with 1 slice Prosciutto ham and a mushroom cap. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Serve with beef side up.
