Ingredients
28 oz can diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning1 med onion, diced3 stalks celery, diced1 1/2 C carrot shreds1/2 head of Cabbage, shreddedkernels cut from 3 ears of corn1 C black beans1/2 t chipotle chili seasoning1 t red pepper1/4 t cayenne1/2 t black peppersmall pinch of celtic sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into a soup pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer until cabbage is tender.

    Although very good - I added a few touches of my own - Cubed chicken and some water, chicken broth. It didn't seem to have the consistency I wanted the way your recipe was. My husband says it's a keeper! Thanks alot. C - 9/14/10
