Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 48 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 8 tbsp (remove)*Brown Rice Mahatma Natural Whole Grain Rice (1/4 cup), 2 cup (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook rice per instructions

Sautee Beef
then Add all other ingredients except 1/2 cup of soy sauce

when rice is done, combine and add remaining soy sauce.

    This was so good!! But very salty... it was probably the soy sauce... so I'd def. recommend getting the lower sodium soy sauce for this recipe... but other than that, it was so delicious!! My husband even loved it!! - 9/23/10
