Ingredients
Beef pot roast , trimmed of fat and cut into small cubes. 1 large or 2 med. onion sliced or chopped2 large stalks celery1 small to med head of cabbage , chopped2 large carrots , peeled and sliced1 can sweet corn, indrained2 can green beans, undrained2 large potatoes w/ skin cubed3 cans tomatoes w/ juice5-6 beef boullion cubes1 can beef broth
Directions
Put cubed beef in large pot..cover with water, add boullion cubes, onions, carrots, celery , bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes...add rest of ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender...this is true comfort food and great for you!!! A serving is 1 cup! Enjoy!!
