Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries, frozen 1 cup Strawberries, frozen1 cup Yogurt, plain, skim milk2 scoops 365 vanilla soy protein powder, 56 gram(s) 4 oz Apple juice1 medium banana fresh or frozen
Directions
place everything in blender and blend away. pay attention to your blender's motor, if it sounds like it's straining, turn off and stir around a little and resume.

the protein powder used here, is not a shake mix, but rather a plain protein powder with vanilla flavor. plain protein is also fine
