Apple and Raisins Gluten & Lactose Free Bread

Ingredients
1 cup GF Home Mix1/4 cup Corn Starch2 tsp GF Baking Powderdash of salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 apple, diced1 cup Raisins (optional)2 Eggs, large1 cup Lactose Free milk or Soy MilkApple Syrup1/4 cup Sugar1/2 cup Water
Directions
Preheat the oven 425 degrees and butter à bread pan
Sift together the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in the diced apple and the raisins so they ar well coated.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Add this mixture to the flour and stir well.
Put the batter in bread pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Lay a thin coat of apple syrup on the bread and back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take out the bread and lay the rest of apple syrup on top.
Wait 10 minutes before taking the bread out of the pan.
Wait at least 2 hours before slicing.

Apple Syrup:
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 water
Peel and heart of Appel diced before

Heat water, peel and sugar until you get a nice syrup.
