Ham Hocks and Navy Beans

Ingredients
Soak navy beans over night. Rinse beans and put back into large dutch oven. Add chopped 1/2 c yellow onion, 1/4 c chopped carrots, satl, peper, ham hocks and 2 bay leaves. Over ingredients with water and put on lid. Cook over med/low heat for approx 4 hours. Serves 12
