J's Egg Salad Sandwich on Rye

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs1 tablespoon Kraft Light Mayo1 teaspoon mustard4 pitted green olives1 cherry tomato.25 teaspoon sea salt.15 teaspoon black pepper.15 teaspoon oregano.15 teaspoon cyanne pepper3 drops franks red hot sauce.15 teaspoon coriander1 finely chopped kale leave (de-stemmed)
Directions
Boil eggs in water until they float to the top of the water.

Dice olives, tomatoes, de-stem andchop kale into small pieces. In a bowl mash eggs, tomatoes, olives, kale, spices, mayo and mustard until you reach your desired texture.

Spead onto bread. Enjoy!
