Crepes from Katy

Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup milk2/3 cup flour1 pinch salt1 1/2 tsp veggie oil
Directions
Serves 4-8, depending on size. I have it for 4. Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. (I've had them non-refrigerated, and they are just as delicious.)

Heat skillet on med-high. Brush with oil. Pour 1/4 + cup batter into pan. Cook 2-5 minutes, turning once, until golden.

Add any toppings you want! These are non-sugary crepes, so you can add sweet, salty, savory, etc. toppings. Very good. :-)
