Apple Fruit Leather

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 4 large Honey 1/4 tspCinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp
Directions
Peel and core apples. Cut into pieces and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until they soften. Put warm apples into food processer and mash them into a sauce/paste consistency.

Stir in honey and cinnamon.

Spread (about 1/8 inch thick) on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate according to directions. Approximately six hours at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cool completely. Cut into serving sizes and wrap in plastic wrap.
