Homemade Turkey Chilli -- (1 cup = 1 serving)

1 40oz. cans dark red kidney beans (drained)2 10.75oz cans Campbells Tomatoe Soup1 large can Diced Tomatoes (28oz.)1 large can Stewed Tomatoes (28)1 Medium Onion1 20oz. pkg.Ground Turkey Breast1/2 teas. lite salt or salt to taste2 Tbls. Parsley1/2 to 1 tsp. chilli powder2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
Drain and rinse kidney beans.
Brown Meat with onions in olive oil. Add rest of the ingredients (except parsley), simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add parsley the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
(Serve with a sprinkle of shredded colby Jack Cheese or Chedder Cheese if desired. Not included in the Nutritional info.)
