Kim's Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
Slide cucumber on grater. Add salt. Let sit or half hour. Squeeze water from cucumbers. Return to bowl and let sit 15 minutes. Squeeze water from cucumbers again. Add vinegar and oil. Season with black pepper and onion powder.
