Whole Wheat Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. ground Italian Turkey Sausage5 c. Spaghetti Sauce1 box whole wheat lasagna1 15 oz container of Fat Free Ricotta Cheese1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded3/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook noodles as recommended on package.
Brown sausage and add spaghetti sauce. Heat until bubbling.
Layer ingredients as follows in a 9 x 13 inch pan:
1 c. sauce, 1 layer of noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/3 Ricotta Cheese, 1/3 Mozzarella, 1/4 c. Parmesan. There should be three layers total. Heat in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. Let stand about 15 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.
