Vegetarian Chili - Eat Clean

Ingredients
2 Tbs cumin2 Tbs olive oil1/2 C chopped onion1 C green pepper chopped1 large carrot chopped1 teas garlic3 Tbs chili powder1/4 teas red pepper2 C red kidney beans - dry1 C great northern beans-dry1 C black beans-dry1 can whole kernel corn2.5 C low sodiul vegetable broth2 teas oregano2 teas basil2 cans S&W organic diced tomatoes (14.5 ea.)juice from 1 limejuice from 1 lemon
Directions
Cook beans rinse and cool. Meanwhile saute onion, carrot, and pepper. Stir in chili powder, cumin, red pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
