Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 Large Skinless Chicken Breasts, boiled and shredded1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved1/2 of a medium apple, seeded, cored, and diced1 cup light Mayo1 1/2 Tbsp Madras Curry Powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Stores well up to 1 week. Makes 8-10 1/2 cup servings. Enjoy!
