1 20oz package ground turkey1 med onion, finely choppedabout 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped1 stalk celery, finely chopped1 Tbsp steak sauce2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp olive oilSteakhouse seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop celery, onion, and mushrooms. A food processor helps save time.
Combine vegetables, turkey, and sauces until mixed.
Form into patties. Season burgers.
Brush burgers with oil, grill until done.
Top as you like, and enjoy.
