NFNS Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1 cup unsweetened applesauce8 egg whites, whipped until foamy6 bananas, mashed2 cups Splenda1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon10 Tbsp nonfat milk1 tsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Whip egg whites until foamy; mash bananas.
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into muffin tins lined with paper cups. Bake 20-25 minutes.
