NFNS Cookie Dough Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 stick butter1 cup granular Splenda2 eggs2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt5 tsp ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
Directions
In large microwave safe bowl, cream butter and Splenda with electric mixer. Add eggs and beat again. Then add baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix 1 minute more. Slowly add milk until mixed. Add oats, 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Cover bowl and cook in microwave 4 minutes on high. Stir and continue cooking, covered at 50% power for 6 minutes.
