1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour2 Cups Milk1 Tbsp. Onion Flakes1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper, Course Grind1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
In skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and flour. Use a wire whisk to combine, until flour is slightly browned. Slowly pour in milk, continuing to whisk, until milk and flour mixture are smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and increase heat. Continue to periodically whisk until gravy thickens. DO NOT allow mixture to stick to bottom of skillet.
