Brown chickpea hummus with peanut butter - Med style

Ingredients
200g Kala chana (brown chick peas) cooked/canned2tbs (Crunchy organic) peanut butter100g Chopped tinned tomatoes and juice20g Tomato puree (conc.)1 Avocado (diced)1/4 Cup sundried tomato pesto4 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil1 Tbs lemon juice4 Black olives1/2 Tbs ground/dried oregano1/2 Tsp garlic powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand-held blender until smooth. Add seasoning to taste (not included in nutritional info).
Divide into containers and refrigerate. Serving size approx 50g
