Chard and Onion Quiche

Ingredients
1 bunch chard1 large onion1 clove garlic4 eggs1.5 c. milkPie crust
Directions
Saute veggies- stems of chard and onion first, then chopped leaves, garlic last.
Mix together eggs and milk.
Combine ingredients and try not to let it overflow the pie crust.

preheat oven to 425- cook 15 minutes
then lower heat to 375 and cook until set
