Shepherd's Pie (Turkey)

Ingredients
1 package Foster Farm Fresh Ground Turkey Breast1/2 Green Peppers, diced 1 cup Peas, frozen3 ea Carrots, raw, gratedMozarella Cheese ( I used Soy)Leek Mixture:1 tbsp Olive Oil3 Leeks, thinly sliced1 oz. Sherry, dry1 tsp corn starch or 1 tbsp flour1/3 cup (Or less) Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth2 tbsp Pepper, blackMashed Potatoes(You just need enough for a top layer)6 Idaho Potatoes (Medium) 1 cup chicken broth approximatelySalt, Pepper, and Green onions to taste
Directions
Thoroughly cook ground turkey adding desired spices.

Make mashed potatoes adding pepper and enough chicken broth to make them creamy.

Saute leeks in olive oil. When cooked down, about 5 min add 1 tbsp flour or corn starch. Add sherry for flavor and black pepper.

Mix veggies and leeks into meat. Place in a casserole dish and add cheese in one even layer. Top with Mashed Potatoes

Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake 10 min. Let stand for 10 min after removing from oven.
