Ingredients
4 medium raw carrots2 - 3 oranges130 ml water4 garlic cloves2 slices ginger roots
Directions
crush garlic and ginger into a small bowl, add 130 ml of water , cover and bring to boil.Leave the broth to cool off.

Wash the carrots, peel and slice .Add orange juice from 2 or 3 oranges. Juice all together.

Add broth and juice together and shake well
