Stirfried Cauliflower & Potato Curry

Ingredients
2 Cups Cauliflower, cut into small florets1 medium Potato, halved then thinly sliced1/2 large Onion, sliced2 tsp Ginger Root, minced finely2 cloves Garlic, minced finely1 tbsp Mustard Seed2 tsp Tumeric4 tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Salt or to taste1 tsp black onion seed1 tbsp hot green chilli (peppers) or to taste, sliced finely3 tbsp fresh corriander/cilantro, roughly chopped
Directions
Makes 2 Servings

Heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, onions, mustard seed, black onion seed & ginger. Fry till fragrant and onions translucent.
Add tumeric & salt, Stir constantly to avoid sticking.
Add potatoes & cauliflower. Stir for 5 minutes.
Add approximately 1/3 Cup of water - add more if necessary.
Lower heat - cover and allow the vegetables to simmer till cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
Stir in chillies and corriander.
