Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
2-3 overripe bananasEither 1/2c. sofened butter or margarine or 1/4c. softened butter or margarine and 1/2c. sour cream2 eggs1tsp vanilla extract1c. sugar1c. flour1tsp baking soda1/8tsp salt1/2c. walnuts
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Blend butter/sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time then vanilla and beat for 1-2 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture
Stir in softened bananas, nuts and sour cream (optional)
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake for an hour or until done.
