Oats, Bran, Egg Whites

Ingredients
3/4 cup old fashion Quaker Oats1.5 cup water1/4 cup Wheat bran1/5 cup egg whites1/2 t cinnamon
Directions
Cook all but egg whites until almost done. Add egg whites at last and cook just until done. Add in spices at serving time.
