Strawberry Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups white flour1 1/2 cups Splenda 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 cup Egg Beaters (1 carton)2 bananas, mashed1 cup of strawberry slices, mashed1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray two eight inch loaf pans with cooking spray.

Mix flours, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Add Egg Beaters, applesauce, and mashed fruit. Blend only until ingredients are combined, batter will be very thinck. Pour into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick entered into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then turn loaves onto wire racks to cool completely. Each loaf should be sliced into ten slices. This bread freezes well.
