Tomato, Chicken, and Feta Pasta

4 oz uncooked penne (about 1 cup)1 tsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlic1 (14.5 oz can) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained3 cups cooked chopped chicken breast1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced, pitted1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper6 TBSP crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
1. Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and fat.
2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; simmer 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3. When pasta is done, drain and return to pan. Add tomato mixture to pasta; toss gently, and top with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
