Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
3/4 # pork loin chops1.5 T Dijon1.5 T. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 oz. Stacy's Pita Chip Crumbs (Garden Medley)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*

Pound pork chops to 1/4 inch thick (or so). Season with salt/pepper/onion powder.

Combine Dijon and brown sugar and mix well in bag. Add chops and coat. Dip chops into crumbs and coat.

Place on wire rack on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, flip, bake another 10 minutes. Turn broil on high and cook 4 minutes on each side to help crisp crust.
