Garlic Parmesan Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup margarine1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Steam the cauliflower and garlic until the cauliflower is tender. Transfer to a food processer along with milk and margarine. Process until smooth. Stir in cheese.
