Summer Squash with Cheese and Italian Dressing

Ingredients
4 medium summer squash, zucchini and/or yellow crook neck (about 36 oz total)1/2 C mozzarella cheese, 2% milk4 Tbsp parmesan cheese1 C Kraft Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan Salad Dressing & Marinade
Directions
Steam squash until tender-crisp (about 15 minutes).

Prepare a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Drizzle a small amount of dressing in bottom of pan. Add the squash. Pour the rest of the dressing over the squash. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes, or until the dressing is bubbly and the cheese begins to brown.

1 serving is approximately 1 cup of squash with about 2 tablespoons of dressing.
