Santa Fe Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breast1 can blk beans1 cup chunky salsa1/2 can corn, drained1 tsp. cumin1/2 tsp coriander1/2 tsp. red or chili pepper powder1 clove garlic1/4-1/2 lime juiced
Directions
boil chicken and shred. Place in Frying pan with a bit of olive oil (I used pam to save calories). Stir in beans, corn, spices, and salsa. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Can be served as a salad or taco (not in calorie count).
